Polka Theatre I supported Polka theatre with press work for their shows and to sustain visibility during their building redevelopment. I worked closely with the executive director on strategy and also support business development and fundraising through PR. I researched and nurtured press, influencer and media contacts to build audiences, support the fundraising campaign and maintain Polka’s visibility during its closure. I managed PR stunts for Polka Patrons Amanda Holden and also Omid Djalili and I was able to place storyteller Jan Blake on BBC Saturday Live and The Wind in the Willows on BBC Open Book.
