I am an experienced freelance PR consultant. I help organisations raise their visibility with audiences through long-term, bespoke PR strategies and research into the best media to nurture relationships with.
I’m a trusted specialist mainly working in the arts and charity sectors. I have a wealth of knowledge and imaginative thinking to offer organisations wishing to strengthen brand awareness, build audiences and sustain relationships with key supporters on a local and national level.
I can make a difference to you by seeking out and nurturing great relationships with writers, influencers and relevant press contacts.
*Magic skills* Whilst working strategically, I keep a sharp eye on the details.
I have a track record of delivering above target and finding new PR opportunities. I have a finger on the pulse for culture and media trends and have strong networks in the arts and cultural industries.
Before I specialised in communications I was a professional artist working on large scale 40K+ architectural glass projects and my work can be seen all around the country. Subsequently, I have a deep and empathetic understanding of creative processes.
The Space inBetween modus operandi
Getting a foothold in the sector is not easy and with this in mind, I employ exceptional artists, actors, writers and creatives, offering an opportunity for them to develop and gain skills towards earning a good income, which in turn benefits the creative industry with their skills. I also offer mentoring, networking and support to them in their own creative practices.
This business model seeks to address the creative ‘brain drain’ affecting London and support the creative industries by nurturing creative talent. The benefit to my business is an ability to work more effectively, an opportunity to enjoy working with talented creatives and to strategically support more clients in making their work more visible to audiences.
I am passionate about this and support arts-emergency.org with a monthly donation. In 2020 I will also take on a mentee for 12 months.
